Design & build
Fast, detailed user flows and prototypes, in Figma or straight in code, on one design system shared with the code. Product is in the room from the start, not after it’s in production.

Alignment
Product, design and engineering review the running prototype together and calibrate each piece of the product. Decisions and changes happen here, while they’re still cheap.

Ship
No Figma handoff. Pull requests engineers review. Front-end builds from the same components and hardens them for production, so what ships matches what was designed.

Your team is changing how it builds
I solve design inside the workflow your whole team runs: design, prototype, iterate, hand off, build. Product, front-end and back-end work on one flow, and I stay until it runs.
